We invest in development projects, mainly apartments, self storage and offices. We invest alone and also together with selected partners with the same strategy.

Listed companies

We invest in listed companies mainly noted at Oslo Børs and are opportunistic for other markets as well.

Unlisted companies and start-ups

We also take a position in unlisted and start-ups companies. We typical invest where we see that we can be of help, or when there is a need for capital to finance an acquisition, or development of next generation solutions.

We typical establish a clear strategy that will give the company an opportunity to fulfill their ambitions. We take an equity position and a seat at the board to ensure that we work together for common goals.

Orgbrain AS

Stockberge has chosen to invest in Orgbrain, a Norwegian company founded in 2017 by entrepreneurs with long board experience, who had a desire to help the boards handle their tasks and legal obligations in a simpler, better and safer way through user-friendly and modern technology.

Stockberge will also be part of the company’s Advisory Board to support the company’s further development and growth.

Spillan Eiendom AS

Stockberge has together with A O Grevstad Eiendom and Grevstad & Tvedt Holding establiched a real estate company that ownes self-storage buildings.

Spillan Eiendom is looking for more buildings in the largest cities of Norway, that can be used as self-storage facilities. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like to sell or team up with us.
